Today we came across a question, How do reward points work in Opencart 3? How do we set up the reward points in Opencart 3? Here are the process and steps to setup it up:
How to enable and disable the reward points in Opencart?
Go to the admin section of the Opencart
Extensions >> Extensions >> Choose Order Total >> Then Install the Reward Points >> Edit and you can select Enabled or Disabled.
How to set the reward points for each product?
In the image above, 5000 is the reward points that the customers can buy the product and 200 is the reward points that the customer get on buying the product.
How this 200 reward point is added to the customer as in the example?
Go to the Sales>>Order>>View order that contains the reward gaining product and click “add the reward”
This means we have to process on each order. If you don’t see the Add the reward then it means there is a reward point for products in the respective order.
The administrator can directly provide reward points to the customer as well from the customer’s sections. Go to Customers>> Customers >> Edit one >> Click Reward Points tab and Insert the description and the Rewards points that admin want to assign to the customers.
